Poor service at Motorvaps

What a bad service from Motorvaps. Today I took my car as early as 07h30 for service with Bosch. They lodged a quote with Motorvaps around 10am as it is 17h20 now, my car is not back and hasn't been serviced since Motorvaps failed to process the quote until their closing time. I called Motorvaps twice today and they made empty promises that they will send the quote for authorization of which I waited until they close without assisting me.I'm really angry because I had to put all my plans for the day aside because I have no transport to run my errands. Motorvaps people try to improve your services to your clients to keep them happy and satisfied.
