poor service and too much lies

i never been ****ed as this insurances that robbing us our money this one i have a service plan with them and today i submitted a claim due my car its due for service and one of their stupid consultant call me that they wont accept my claim because i have a 3 year contract with them and i claimed last year in november unless i upgrade my package which means the upgrade its 3 times what i am paying now and when i took their policy i told them that the xcar will be used for work purpose and i am an essential worker and work standbys as well and if they told me that i cant claim withing a year i shouldnt have even take their stupid cover and i am just make you peole to becarefully and dont listen to their stupid good about their cover or policy they just robbing us. i am canceling their policy as we speak.
