Poor Service

Its been so frastrating dealing unprofessional people. I asked for a senior manager to contact me regarding my warraty and service package I have with these people and no one has said anything and I called them on Friday they promised to get back to me on Monday and its now Tuesday. I want to book my car for a service but I need to know how much Im covered for and if the warranty I signed up exists or not. But there you go they are quick to sign us up but dont have the courtesy to return our calls.
