Poor service

I have a service plan in this company. At the time I took the service plan they promised me that they cover both minor services and major service base to the company specification. Last week I was in service for 120 000.00 and the company recommended the service for that particular km that must be done in the vehicle but when the seek the approval from motorvaps they don't authorize they said those items are not in this plan . My question I have what do the cover because to me the say they do major and minor service base to the manufacturer specification but now when the manufacturer recommends they did not want to authorize. Now my car is on risk and I must pay for the service that they promise me that they do . Please advise me what can I do with this .
