Policy

I send them first email around June to cancel my policy.I was notified by client servises that my request was noted.They have created ticked and will send their representative to for review.That did not happen.To my dismay transaction went through same month.Again in July i wrote to their customer claims department i received no teply.This month transaction went through again. Please assist. Thank you.
