Pleasantly surprised...

I won't lie, when i first took out a service plan with Motorvaps i was nervous as the price was quite low, but i claimed for the first time and wow i am impressed! I booked my car in before work, i didn't have to worry about it the whole day, at about 4pm VW called me to come fetch my car as payment was made and the work was finished. I was expecting to leave the car there for a day or two but nope easy peasy quick one day in and out, really pleased with you guys well done. I hope that my further claims will be as hassle free.
