pleasant customer service

was not happy with the service I've been receiving from Motorvaps. I was so close to canceling my policy until one of the agents called me, spoke to me professionally & clearly explained my policy wording to me. It's about taking time out to make customers understand the product & service so that we are never left in the dark. didn't get the agents name but definitely grateful for the pleasant customer service, therefore a review was necessary.
