Pathetic service from Magmoeda and Sethu / MONEY ******

I have spoken to Magmoeda on apon taking up a service and a warranty plan… Magmoeda has not sent me my service plan however have taken money from me… Is this how motor treat their client by taking their belongings and not emailing what they signed up for?
