Non-Responsive Pending Claim

<p>Can someone please tell me how many quotes and amendments on a claim request does it take to get a tiny dent fixed? This request has been pending for over a week now, I have not received any response from MotorVaps, it's like you guys find a way not to pay out for a small claim. This is service is seriously disappointing. I have been running around to a few RMI Approved workshops wasting their time and mine.</p>
