No Value Add in having Motorvaps Service Plan

Spoke to a RUDE lady today by the Name of Carin, I advised her that I want to take my car for service and want to do the paper work for Friday...she comes back on the phone and speaks to me as if I am her child asking me why I didn't take my car for service in April, I told her the mileage was no where near 80k in April and now that it is I thot let me bring it, she goes on to say I was informed even with my previous claim that whatever comes first the year or the month, on the anniversary that's when the service should be done.

so my issue is not that they wont pay the claim, my issue is they continued to take my money beyond April and sent no reminder or what so ever, my issue is the tone she took when speaking to me and also my contract apparently expired in May and still they continued to take my money beyond that point.

so I cancelled my contract, requested a refund because honestly, there is no Value add in having this product, Thanks for nothing...
