No respond to emails, want my money!!!

I'm still waiting for my refund. The manager said I must sent them an email and I did so I'm still waiting for a respond. They have deducted 3 months already after I've said I don't want to be part of this company . The way they explained and the way it's done, it's totally different. I won't stop until I get my money back.
