No customer service - they simply do not get back to you

I took out extended motor warranty with Motorvaps. What they said was included did not correspond to the paperwork they sent me. I have tried repeatedly to sort this out with emails and phone calls. They send an automated email that someone will call you back but this NEVER happens. They do not reply to emails nor provide any customer service but are happy to take your money. Very disappointing!
