No cover for something I'm paying for

In November 2014 I phoned Motorvaps and spoke to Ebrahim Kippie about my situation with my car. I could not get it serviced due to financial issues. So he offered me a service plan that includes 1 cam belt and tensioner fitting for R155 per month. After the premium was deducted on the 8th November 2014 he phoned me and said \im sorry I made a mistake the premium is supposed to be R188"I said that is fine and have been paying this every month. My first service using Motortvaps is on ***km. I booked my car in at Ford Krugersdorp and they notified me that the cam belt must be replaced so there is not supposed to be any problems because I have it covered on my plan. To my surprise Ian phoned me from Ford saying that Mervin from Motorvaps said that the cam belt is not covered. Now I must pay in over R4000 for my car service and I must pay motorvaps still my premium that DOES include the cam belt and tensioner!!!! I can not get my car due to this!!!!!! I have the proof they send me that states clearly that the cam belt and tensioner is included!!!!!"""
