Motovaps - Will not Pay your Claim

WARRPL-*** : Had a claim for a leaking water pump. Workshop only replaces waterpumps however Motorvaps states that leaking waterpump is a maintenance problem. i have never heard of anyone doing maintenance work on a waterpump. Reason for Rejection: Any failure as a result of wear and tear which occurs 10 000KM from time of purchase will be deemed to be a pre existing damage. If only the sales person tells all customers this before trying to sell them a policy. Guys, rather stick to the big guys like outsurance or someone who values customers.
