Motovaps not a good decision to have taken!!!!!!!

So I purchase a Haval H2 Lux for my wife in 2019 and as she does a lot of mileage decide to purchase an extended warranty plan to cover which ever is needed when it breaks down or for roadside assistance as she's a female alone on the road most of the times The plan covers 100% for selected breakages as the vehicle falls in the new car category and was taken out in April 2021 when mileage was still very low. Come February 2022 and the car makes a crackling sound when turning to the right, vehicle gets taken to a RMi workshop and the claim gets processed for a CV joint that's busy going, mind you the boot is not broken so it can only be put down to premature failure of the part. Claim gets REJECTED on the grounds that the part is worn and is not covered by the policy. I argue that the part has failed as the boot was not even broken, they stick to their decision that worn parts as per policy wording is not covered, Fast forward to July 2022 and the engine stars to make noises that grow louder day by day, I take the vehicle to workshop who identify a broken exhaust manifold to be the culprit making the noise and contributing to loss of power. Claim is submitted once more to Motovaps with all documentation and photos required, the part according to my understanding should be covered under engine components. Once again the claim is rejected reason being that the part in question is not covered in the policy. Now I've had the policy for 15months already and only submitted 2 claims, the policy cost is R449 per month which brings my contribution to R6735.00 thus far. I find it disturbing that Motovaps seems to find any reason under the sun to reject claims. Do we not take out these warranties to be of assistance when the need arises, I will never recommend people to ever take out an aftermarket extended warranty plan at Motovaps. The vehicle is in good nick and hasn't given any major problems, I however shudder to think what will happen in the event of something major happening.....will it be the same old story....." the part is worn and we don't cover worn parts"...the vehicle is being used, what do you think is happening, of course the parts are starting to wear... All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM MOTORVAPS...try some other company...but STAY AWAY FROM MOTOVAPS.
