Motovaps is a waste of money and offers bad service.

Terrible service. I have been a paying customer for years but don't see the value they add to my life. The one day I needed to claim I could not manage to get claims department to co-operate. They would not accept normal photos, can you believe it. They refused unless I converted it to "PDF photos" which is terrible to refuse a customer and call that service. Most customers will take a photo using a phone and send it. Motorvaps should be the one who puts it in PDF and saves it to their backward system. They also offer scratch and dent cover which only covers up to a max incident amount of R3000. There is not many dents or incidents that can be repaired for under R3000. This is not the official customer feedback platform, this is intended for others to see what Motorvaps is all about. There is an abundance of feedback here on hellopeter but no change on your part. Good bye, I have cancelled my plan and will be much better off without it.
