Motovaps declined my claim because of a decision made by my insurance

Motorvaps declined my claim because my Iwyze insurance recruited an underlying insurance Auto Boys to handle all glass claims. Motorvap refused to accept authorization letter created by underlying insurance when my insurance clearly said they cant issue authorization letters because they have recruited an underlying insurance to handle all claims for Glasses.

First of all i think it not fare for Motorvap to deny me cover because of a decision made by my insurance. if this is the case than Motorvap should not be supplying any services if they are not willing to deal with any underlying insurers.

Warning to all new clients, Motorvaps looks for all silly reason not to pay.
