Motorvaps will not pay for claim

Engine gasket on the head of head my vehicle blew and I have an oil leak. Submitted a claim to them and they simply say that they do not cover this item, even though this clearly forms part of engine components covered. Since companies like this refuse to pay claims, but they easily take your money, don't trust them. I will be requesting a refund of the money paid for the warranty.
