Motorvaps will do anything and everything to not pay a claim! Please stay away from them!!!

I am covered with motorvaps and I must say, I am having the most awful experience ever. My vehicle has one injector that has started leaking diesel. We sent a quotation, technical report and claim form to Motorvaps. My policy does cover injectors up to R10,000.00 per incident. Motorvaps keeps on asking ridiculous questions, like what caused the injector to leak. Ford clearly described on the technical report that it has an internal damage. Ford are not injector specialists, they only diagnose the problem, of which they clearly did. They have been giving me the runaround for the past week. I don't know what they want Ford to do cause the injector has internal problems, thus causing it to leak.
