MotorVaps Warranty **********

<p>I have a 2013 Golf 7 Gti, the car had a slight ticking noise from motor but was fine and driving well. No warning lights were on. The car just came out of factory warranty and i had taken an aftermarket Warranty from a company called Motorvaps who claimed to be underwritten by mutal and federal. </p> <p>I took the car in to VW to have it checked and they advised that the cam had an issue, they werent sure why it was defective but advised it needed to be replaced.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent the claim to Motorvaps whom advised that the claim was rejected due to it being a wear and tear item. i have consulted with many techincians whom confirmed it was not a wear and tear part and the warranty should cover. </p> <p> </p> <p>They have blantly refused to help and have given every excuse possible to deny the claim. this company has no intention to help or provide a service to its customers I therefore wish to warn people not to deal with them.</p>
