MOTORVAPS WARRANTY

i have emailed,called these people so many times, i even emailed proof of my bank account showing their debit order has not gone off, i called my bank and they confirmed that the debit order were not submitted for 3 months, yes 3 months, and i am still waiting for someone to call me regarding this, im sitting without warranty on my vehicle and boy if anything goes wrong i want to take every person on for not following through on this...….this is such bad service, imagine if anything had to happen to my vehicle, i get this service - no gut..... URGENT ATTENTION NEEDED ON THIS MATTER
