Motorvaps the worst service company

I took my car for service on Friday. I drove 160km to my nearest VW garage to have my vehicle serviced. VW send the quotation to Motorvaps for authorisation.We waited the whole day for authorisation, called several times, send emails, send messages and complaints on the website. No one called or responded to any of my messages and emails. When i called them they kept saying they did not receive the quote and gave a different email address. At 14h00 when they confirmed receiving the quote, they said the accessor need to give approval. I left VW without approval. After taking a day's leave, waiting the whole day for approval. I had to drive 160km for nothing. Waking up early to make sure i get to VW before they open. Motorvaps is the worst service company on this planet. I am beyond furious and dissapointed.
