Motorvaps service pathetic!

Think carefully before taking out this plan. They took more then 24hrs and didn't approve of my service. Claims department gives you a different story every time you call. Very frustrating to ask for authorization for your own policy for money you are contributing towards making your life easier. Very disappointed with motorvaps this time around. Nicole at the claims department wasn't very helpful either,she promised that the service would get authorized however to my liking nothing was done, instead i incurred more costs. Guys please understand this plan with motor vaps very carefully, you are binded for 3 years in a contract you cannot cancel.
