MOTORVAPS REFUSED TO REFUND AFTER VEHICLE WRITTEN OFF BEFORE INCEPTION OF POLICY.

So I took out a service plan with Motorvaps, i advised them that my vehicle was written off, the 15 September 2021, they still however debited my account and took my premiums. they refuse to refund. even after advising them of the incident we had, I still have another vehicle with them and have advised them if the vehicle was not written off I would continue with the policy. All I want is to be refunded for something that i don't have control off. You cannot take peoples money to get rich. I spoke to Santie Stevens and she advised that she will get the finance department to refund me, however she has not called me for over a week now. I want my refund from Motor Vaps I AM SANDRA NAIDOO ***
