Motorvaps not honoring their advertised claim coverage

Purchased a warranty at a cost of +/-R90,000 which advertised enticing claim amounts for components on my 4x4 SUV. But when it came to claim for transmission repair, which their brochure claimed to offer R220,000 cover.. they only offered R28,000 then increased it to R47,000 after I complained. This on a repair bill of R250,000+. Michelle the JHB regional rep wasnt much assistance and just sent me an email address cancellations@motorvaps for me to cancel my policy for a refund.

TERRIBLE company.. don't get duped by their false advertising. Lengthy claim process and cheap cover at premium cost.
