Motorvaps motor plan

One often uses Hello Peter to vent bad experiences. Today I however want to compliment the staff at Impac Underwriting for their outstanding assistance. I bought a motorvaps warranty plan when I purchased an oldish car from a dealer. After 14 or so months I all of a sudden experienced a noise on my motor and had it assessed. To my surprise my engine needs an overhaul. At no fault to the dealer, the car has relatively high mileage so its expected. After receiving rather worrying quotations I realise I have warranty plan. I call motorvaps who then refers me to Impac Underwriters. After speaking to Louwrens, he makes the process so user friendly and clearly explains the process to you. After submitting all the requested documents I managed to get my claim processed. The only snag was the time it took for Saxum Insurance to pay over the funds.
