<p>Absolutey pathetic service, for a warranty company that's supposed to provide cover in the event of mechanical failure, never have I ever see a company that goes so far out of their way to avoid paying valid claims, theres always some excuse or resaon why they cant pay out. Had the policy for exactly a year, and clearly after my 1st attempt to claim i saw the type of company i was dealing with, asked for my policy to be cancelled, never happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>2nd time around, was made to jump through hoops to get paid out, only to be told, they don't want me they don't want my car to be in better shape than before, so was i supposed to fit 2nd hand parts to please them. furthermore, the 3rd and final time, i was told that wear and tear items are not covered, which is honestly perfectly fine. I totally understand that, however, if the breakdown was caused by a non wear and tear item is that my fault? and should my car not be repaired?</p> <p> </p> <p>honestly this entire company is a waste of time and effort. They are not trying to provide anyone with any kinda help.
