MotorVaps is a ****

Submitted a claim on pistons having an excessive play. They rejected the claim saying it was not a sudden breakdown rather a maintenance issue (I don't know how cause the car broke down in the middle of a trip) . My workshop explained that it was not the piston rings, actually the pistons has shrunk (result of excessive heat). So I wrote a dispute on the 6-03-22. Whenever I call them, they always tell me that they are busy with investigations. Today it's 11-04-2022 (way past the 21 days turnaround time) I phoned them and they said they are still busy with investigations.

I am starting to believe Motorvaps is a ****, they always find a way to reject your claim.

I would suggest if anyone is looking for a warranty plan, rather go for Televaps. I never had any issues with Televaps while I was using them. I regret taking a policy with Motorvaps.
