Motorvaps doesn't care

I've logged a claim with you guys on the 2/02/2022 and still no feedback. Your service is disappointing.. I'm sent from pillar to post and every time I'm being told someone will call me back. Its a month later and still no feedback all your company keeps on doing is taking messages.
