Motorvaps Declines claim

I would like to review this company. They rejected my claim based on it being part of normal maintenance. This was a timing chain failure. Even though the policy states they will pay for 50% of wear and tear items. They refused to pay anything. car was serviced on time and policy paid on time. Claim poorly managed and customer care was bad. No calls at all. Please be careful, rather save your premiums for repairs. I have lodged a dispute.
