Motorvaps contravening CPA by rejecting claim

worst service I have ever received with no customer service from whoever is manning the ***re . My Scratch and dent removal claim limit is R4000 and when I'm providing a quote that meets that limit ie R4000 it is rejected as being too expensive and not market related when there are no such stipulations in their fine print that I nee to provide multiple quotes from different panel beaters. They should not be concerned as to what is market related if the requested quote meets the criteria. They are not in the panel beater industry and each area have different market related values. I'm stuck with them for as long as my 5 year motor warranty is valid as this scratch and dent removal was sold to me as a package. But as soon as I can will drop them in a heartbeat. Where is customer centricity in this industry. Disgusting service and money making ****. I'm pretty sure their practices are contravening the Consumer Protection Act....and I will take this further if I have to.
