Motorvaps and their Bad Business practice

Motorvaps is a **** and have bad business practice, Last year in March i took out a service plan with them and never skipped a payment, my car is now due for service 9 months i have been paying a service installment of R560 a moth for 9 months that is a total of R 5 040. I called them this week to claim for a service that will cost them R3000 they say i don't qualify i have exceeded my mileage on the car. They then turned around and say i must provide documentation for the last service done,when i was taking out the policy those documents were not requested and i did disclose the car is a second had i bought it from a private owner they said that is fine. Now that they must pay for the service hey are telling me stories. Motorvaps has bad business practice they must be shut down as they are ******** people
