I claimed for waterpump and control arms. The claim was for 28k, they said they only cover only one component at the time and naturally the will pay for the most expensive part. Replacement of waterpump, parts and labour amounted to 18k, this guys approved only 4k for the part and labour. They paid out only 10% of the claim. They are just not worth it.
