I have a service and mechanical policy with them, have a machanical problem, after weeks following up the authorisation, was advised they will pay R10 000 the quote is R 40 000, reason is wear and tear.. Note vehicle has a full service history. CANNOT UNDERSTAND THEIR REASON...
