long period of waiting with no feedback and no helping and speeding up the process to get my car back

My car was sent away for repairs about more than a month ago, the mechanic submitted the claim 3 weeks back already, and we both never got feedback from motorvaps and no approval for the game, i have been patient and waiting, but cant wait any longer because its an inconvenience and i am a paying customer.
