Is Motor Vaps still operating or closed?

I have booked my car for service and I need to inform Motorvaps so they can pay the service provider. I have emailed them to no response, tried calling them couple of times. This company deduct money from my bank account religiously at the end of every month. I wonder if this company still exists or they have closed shop.
