If you want to be frustrated, take a service plan with Motorvaps. Firstly, the process of getting authorization is annoying, and do not get me started on when they have to pay. they will give you the run around, my car was with the dealer for 4 days because they were demanding this and that when they had to pay. As a customer, do you not have the right to cancel if you are not happy with a service, they are ***** as well. They claim to have told me about an additional cambelt plan apart from the service plan , such *****. Now when you want to cancel you are told to pay R4000 early cancelation fee. THEIR SERVICE IS REALLY APPALING.
