Insurance covers

I think people are being fooled by phone consultants of insurance companies and we need to watch out as a community. Motorvaps and its consultants are a complete mess, earlier this year I left the motor plan I was in for Motorvaps cause they promised something that wasn't offered by the plan I was in. The problem start when they do the engine cover of both my car while I have disclosed the cars have faltered the service but they continue to give me the plans with engine cover and now at a service center they discovered that the car has an engine knock @Motorvaps tell me that my claim has been rejected due to failure to provide service records of which I did disclose to them at the start of the contract.
