Worst decision to go with Motorvaps, When I tried to claim for scratches and dents they would go missing and not answer there phones or any of my emails for days. I sat in the office for more than 2 hours at my service provider waiting for Motorvaps to authorize my service claim which I pay regularly and on time. When I tried to cancel though they called me within 24hours to tell me of their ridiculous cancellation fee of minimum R1000.
