HORRIBLE company

Absolutely shocking customer care. Been struggling for 5 months to cancel this nonsense and get a refund for the remainder of the months of the warranty... I had a an issue with my vehicle and the dealership (Mercedes) wrote a detailed report that the part was defective and had to be replaced, which is A LOT of money with the agents.. Motorvaps simply rep****, they cannot help with the claim as it is wear and tear!.. after seeing the report from Mercedes.. they just DON'T want to pay for the claim.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You'll throw away your money... My refund for the remaining 7 months was supposed to be about R3200... they paid me only R1000! They said it is admin fees and dealership fees.. What a load of ****!
