Happy with service levels

Initially posted a negative review based on my recent experience, however this has since changed as the matter is resolved and I'm pretty satisfied. I do recommend Motorvaps, I currently have rim and tyre insurance with them and had to claim twice in about a year. Although the second claim was slightly problematic, it's now resolved and I have peace of mind - which is why we have insurance in the first place.
