I would like to express my utter disappointment towards my claim with you. I dealt with the warranties departments(Wayne Liebenberg and Quinten Aslett), what really puzzled me is the fact that i was in a desperate situation as my only vehicle insured with you broke down as a result of my lower control arms. It was clearly unforeseen after dropping off my family. I took up this cover as I was convinced it was the best to keep my family safe at the time but after dealing with your inconsiderate staff from the warranties section it has led me no choice but to seriously consider other means, they clearly only gave a reason to decline the claim and not assist at all "Wear and Tear", they were so inconsiderate during my time of distress and the only message they sent out to me was that the policy would only cover me if am in a terrible situation or circumstance or worse a life threatening situation like a motor vehicle accident. my vehicle has a full service history both at Nissan and RMI approved organisations and I don't understand why you could not help at all but instead forced me to dig into my pocket with funds I didn't have, surely what is the point of "Unforeseen" as i have seen on your many adverti*****ts?? and like this was not the 1st time earlier in the year I had a Tyre claim which was 1st declined again till I had to fight with Quinten to get approval. I am surely appalled by the treatment i was given and surely would not recommend anyone to take on cover from you with such kind of treatment. I will be looking forward to your response towards this matter.
