False adverti*****t and annoyed customer

<div>I took up a cosmetic -Car-Care plan with Motorvaps. Ive never claimed since i took up the insurance . I had an incident where the manual gate swang and scratched the gate , minor scratches but they are visible. To my dismay Motorvaps doesnt want to pay for the claim saying “Unfortunately the repair been quoted is not covered by the pla. Approved Repair Methods Paintless dent removal, touch up, polishing, and buffing are the only approved repair methods. Not Covered If the maintenance required is not repairable using the methods mentioned, then there will be no claim against this plan.”</div>
