*****ed on a Service Plan

When you take out a service plan you need to ESTIMATE how many kilometres you do in a year (taking into consideration not knowing what might come up in a year) , So my 90'000km and 105'000km service fell in the same year, and was therefore not allowed to do my 105'000km service and told that I can do it in the new year (2020). but because I'm now at 112'000, short of my 120'000 I'm now required to pay extra on my monthly premium. If I wait till 120'000, anything can go wrong, If I cancel, I need to pay R1000. I find myself in a loose loose situation. Am I looking at this incorrectly or am I just being *****ed.
