Do not waste your time and effort to deal with this company!!! Do yourself a favour and call ***and try to speak with the claims department. If you hold less than 30 min, you are lucky!! I am literally happy to pay the cancelation penalty just to end my relationship with them. They will find every possible way not to pay with for a service.
