Old Mutual as an underwriter should consider their stance with Motorvaps. They do a grave injustice to Old Mutual's brand. Such unprofessionalism, lies and total disregard for a customer. I repudiated a claim in May and to this end no response is forth coming. I have been calling then non stop since then. I have just been told today that the manager that my case was never brought to his attention. So they are yet to investigate my claim after 2 months of lodging. I am on the line with them and have insisted on speaking to the manager. Guess what, I have been placed on hold for over 30 minutes just to frustrate me. Thoroughly disgusted with Motorvaps.
