Dissatisfied/disappointing

I went to Jr Auto for a service. They informed me that I needed to pay in advance. Apparently they have issues with Motorvaps paying them on time. There's always a delay in payment. Therfore they request advance payment from the client. How pathetic is this! Not just did I waste my time but my car needed to be serviced. My first experience and it went bad. I'm totally not impressed!
