Disappointed

******* My car was due to service then I claimed 3 months ago and they told me I should apply on line for a claim and the workshop they never responded to me now my car is no longer running at all I need to budget and get a mechanic to fix the car. It's very disappointing I intend to cancel this month's the debit because my car is no longer running.
