Disapointing sevice from Motorvaps

I am really disappointed with the level of service from Motorvaps. Trying to get a tyre claim resolved since Friday. Call centre agents are extremely rude. Now waiting for the manager to listen to the recording of when the policy was sold to me. Please be aware when purchasing policies from this company as they can be very misleading. In the meantime, I am left without a vehicle and nobody really cares. Not worth taking this policy as it is only Motorvaps that beniefits and the clients have much to lose. Really sad state of affairs. My claim was for 2 run flat tyres. The amount they authorised does not even cover 1 tyre. Such a *******!
