Con artists

Absolute sharks. 1st service i fought with them for 3 days because they did not want to cover spark plugs. Cost not an issue. It's the principle. They said itvis not part of renault service plan. Incalled renault to verify and too prove from renault that this in fact is part of plan. My car has gone in for 2nd service. It needs breaks now they will not cover because they apparenty onlyvreplace every 45000 however plans are service interval or year which ever comes 1st so this needs to be done. They wont cover engine flush which needs to be done before oil is replaced. Shocks need to be replaced they will only cover part but not labour what an absolute joke so what my I fit the sjocks myself how do you cover part but not labour. Im now day 2 without a car and it's Saturday so they are closed. Which means i wont have car all weekemd and monday for my meetings 4 days no car for a minor service absolute disgrace. I have escalated and will hand over to ombadsman
